not labeling a post can also limit your reach from people muting or blocking you instead of just muting tags. makes things a lot easier for people to just have adult / sexual labeled posts hidden :3
either way, its just a good practice to properly label your posts

the most you can do is report your post to the bluesky moderation service as sexual content cus usually they will label it themselves (it shouldnt remove the post)
otherwise you have to reupload the post :/
they should let you edit the labels on posts

i cant accept nsfw posts into my feed unless theyre labeled so people can hide it or have it be "spoilered" for them in the feed. :(
