Haha... Understandable. There are a few things on Apple (& MAX) I want to see, just can't afford another streaming service right now.

Definitely remember thinking that it would be a dense read, which is probably why I put it on the backburner. I have thought about picking up the graphic novel adaptation. I know Apple has an adaptation of the series & I think there was an adaptation of Beacon 23 as well.

I have the Silo series, though I haven't started them. I remember liking Howey's Beacon 23, Half Way Home & I, Zombie.

I feel this.... I have been calling City Hall for almost a year to get an ever growing pothole filled, & they finally came around to fill it on Tuesday.

Both Ender games are pretty heartbreaking, Blade Chimera might be a more "fun" metriodvania to start with... Unless you'd rather use it as a cleanser instead.

Love both of those as well. Fat Bottom Girls does make me think of Spinal Tap's song Big Bottom... Which then makes me feel old.

I heard this the other day, and I'm a bit torn on it. I liked how it was going until towards the end where I thought it kinda spiraled out of control. I definitely liked it more than his cover of "Cry Little Sister" though. For some reason that one didn't hit for me.
