Then when a project is finished and while I'm deciding on the next thing to do, I'll pause my Patreon so people won't be charged while I'm not working on anything. This is the only way I can think to use it to avoid burnout.

I feel your struggle, friend. It's so hard, but indeed we all struggle together. Lately I've been trying to slowly pay things off with like $25 a month and it's been working. But even that can be hard sometimes.🫂

Just in case anyone who reads this is wanting or thinking about becoming a therapist in the US. Practicum is already the student working for 10-12 months for FREE (usually), and you shouldn't be paying to work for free either.
