Managed to get out an Instagram reel for stickerch.art today! Used a headline I wrote from the Breakthrough Copywriting book, with a promise after that I hope hooks people into clicking the link. Working on a couple other reels as well. #buildinpublic

After a cursory glance, I realized that my landing page bg image (with the squirrel and the tree) was over 5 MB! I scaled the image way down, so now it's smaller than 1 MB in size. I think this should help with the user experience on mobile. #buildinpublic

I added Vercel speed insights to my sticker chart app to try to diagnose my high bounce rate. Turns out the landing page is running slowly for some people. Gonna have to try to get that fixed before I go on vacation. #buildinpublic
