I still think it’s the same argument - “it inconveniences me, so I don’t like it”.
There are better ways of controlling tourism than making places worse for everyone. I certainly welcome banning cars from city centres.

Probably because it’s just nimbys complaining about any changes. Edinburgh is a very touristy place anyway, this will only make it more accessible to all, locals like myself including.

I remember getting a fine for riding a bike through Old Town in Wroclaw (Poland) ages ago. It was so refreshing to see bikes there on my last trip!
Shame the progress is as slow as a car stuck in traffic : )
