There's a lot it didn't cover as well, like the main whistleblower who was sued by Stockton, the sub getting lost for hours on one occasion and getting tangled with a wreck in the Bahamas on another.

YES there are always examples but they tend to be exceptions and I can see why they've deviated from the source material... but why take a title and names of characters and do something completely different? Tell your own story if that's what you want.
