One would expect Microsoft, the vendor of WINDOWS, to provide a WINDOWS GUI utility to perform SHA512 checksums without having to open PowerShell and paste command lines in the year of our Lord 2025. One would be wrong. Very wrong.

Names and dates on docs. Every time. Don't forget.

Boulder, Colorado, inks deal with ALLO, a regional fiber company to bring competition to 330,000 residents. Boulder had built a middle mile fiber ring to attract a partnership like this ... details of the contract in the story.

I think every company was terrified that if someone else figured out AGI, they'd get left behind. So everyone lit money on fire trying to build AGI. Nobody figure it out. Now they're all left with a bunch of mostly useless GenAIs models that they have to convince investors were worth the money.

Universality and accessibility are the core of the World Wide Web, have always been. We should embrace those and build websites that are available to, and accessible by, everyone. Or, you know, you can choose to build inaccessible websites that exist *on the web,* but inherently are *not of the web*

If only the guesses barfed out by A.I. were accurate and helpful.

While re-vitalizing this account I'm seeing a few who I just started following in this Starter Pack that I guess consider asking A.I. to write code for them to be "development" and I just can't. I guess I'll just unfollow and block as they bubble up.

A while ago I started experimenting with compiling the Python interpreter to WASM. To build a secure, fast, and lightweight sandbox for code execution — ideal for running LLM-generated Python code. - Send code simply as a POST request - 1-2ms startup times github.com/ErikKaum/run...

While I admit that many developers can be imaginative and creative in their field of specialty coding or designing GUIs, they really, REALLY need to leave naming things to wordsmiths. I mean, nginx-naxsi-waf SRSLY??? tl;dr Everything does NOT need to be an acronym.
