My absolute favorite is the time Scruff stole the flatbread from Hoom2!

I wouldnā€™t do that. USPS carriers steal. Amazon is shipping some items now with just a mailing label slapped on the product box. An item came that way to me through the USPS. Someone at the post office stole the item & an empty box was delivered to my house.

Love them all. But the one in the gold dress is my fave! Real ā€œgolden age of Hollywoodā€ diva vibes!

Bet he wonā€™t get sent to an El Salvador prison because of his antisemitic terrorism.

Nope. It will be years before the full extent of the damage is obvious. Trump & the GOP are undermining Americaā€™s global political & economic influence. China will step into the breach & America will likely never have the power itā€™s had in the past. When this is clear, itā€™ll be too late.

Even if in effect, probably wouldnā€™t apply to cable networks since they donā€™t use public airwaves.

One of my fave scenes was Data explaining to Worf (who was going to cat-sit) how to care for Spot.

The information world worked better pre-cable & pre-internet. There were 3 reputable stations for national & local news. There were local news papers, with articles by real journalists. Now, the world is awash in misinformation that any kook can upload & broadcast to millions.

Thatā€™s why I need my retro comfort TV. Especially after work.

Thatā€™s a possibility. Havenā€™t seen that series in several years. Iā€™ve been through Dick VanDyke, Andy Griffith, and Bewitched several times. Recently did My Three Sons & Hazel. Family Affair makes me sad because of the Buffy actress dying young of an OD.

This litter seems to be one of the most active, playful litters ever! They seem like perpetual energy.

Iā€™ve been using DDG for quite a while. Moved on from Bing when they kept trying to force voice searching. I donā€™t want to talk to my device, especially in public, to do searches.

Glad youā€™re enjoying it! Agent to the Stars & Redshirts are also among his humorous books.

Yes! Wheaton is the perfect narrator for Scalziā€™s work. He really gets the authorā€™s voice. Iā€™ve listened to earlier works with other narrators, and Wheaton is on a whole other level.

And a Real ID wonā€™t count as proof of citizenship, even though getting one requires the same documentation as the SAVE act requires. So the point is just to make it harder to vote.
comment in response to post
I want to know why a birth certificate is sufficient proof of citizenship. When a man presents a birth certificate, how do we know itā€™s HIS birth certificate? The bill doesnā€™t protect voting. It just prevents a lot of actual citizens from being able to vote.

years (7?), with the hope that rates would be lower & the property value would increase enough that they could refinance (essentially buy the house from themselves at the higher price but with a lower interest rate). I wouldnā€™t have done it, but people were desperate.

I remember the creative mortgages, too. A neighbor bought in, maybe, 1984. They were in the Navy. In order to get in the house, they had a mortgage where their payments didnā€™t even cover the interest. So each money, the balance on their mortgage grew. There was a balloon payment due after so many
