PPL who simply don't want ppl to go across the border of their home are objectively not hateful. They have compassion for others & THEMSELVES. Saying ppl hate when they don't hate is a form of hate. Is it too hard to try to have kindness & compassion in your heart for those you find difficult?

We can't even change our own hearts let alone anyone else's heart but certainly isolating ourselves to cultivate anger is very bad for us. They react to us, we react to them and on and on. If we don't react, if we behave with boundless compassion then we at least cultivate way less suffering.

It's a good thing that our skin is attached to our bodies or we would die but it's a good thing to let go of attachment to our skin in our hearts. We cannot help the type of skin we have. These feelings that you're attached to are causing unnecessary suffering for you and the humans around you.
