Please! A lot of posts on here are criticizing Democrats. The evil Republican Administration wants us divided. Before the election it was Gaza, or the price of <pick product>, etc. We must remain inclusive of all people who will take actions to stand up to this Republican Administration.

Don’t take this moment to inspect the flammability tag on the curtains while Republican Arsonists and their leader have set fire to the house and it is already engulfed in flames. Get fire extinguishers and call the fire department, assuming they still have trucks despite funding cuts and layoffs!

I’m sure you can look it up if you are really that interested. A far more interesting question is what does a civil servant do for the constituency for whom they serve. The current Republican Administration is all about self-interest and self dealing. My last words here.

1) the Affordable Care Act which allowed people to get health coverage when insurance would not cover them due to preexisting conditions

The destruction that the Trump Administration is doing is unprecedented. Project 2025 is the blueprint. Democrats could have prepared a plan to counter executive actions. With that said, the Constitution is set up with checks and balances, if the Republicans would take their oaths seriously.

One more thing, Nancy Pelosi did an amazing job as Speaker of the House. She really knew how to get legislation passed! Don’t underestimate some of the representatives in Congress.

I’m not old, but I can tell you that wisdom comes with age for many. There are young fools, just as there are old fools. Many of the young Republican representatives who are selling out democracy are fools. It will come back to bite them in the arse.

All the agencies that Trump and Musk are targeting actually help people. Those who refuse to acknowledge the importance of those agencies and are complicit may eventually feel the sting of having an Agency decimated! (Unfortunately, we all must suffer the consequences too).
