Credit where it's due, the game looks and runs pretty good. Character customization is a nice feature, and the game has the most robust photo mode I've ever seen in a game. And even though it feels pretty unpolished, it's still only a demo.

Act of Blood feels like an unpolished version of Sifu. (Why do I have to toggle between walk and run with an analog stick?) The combat feels pretty simple and mindless, and control is taken away from the player way too much. I wouldn't call it bad, but it lacks a hook I guess.

Here's my take on the switch 2 having ps4 pro level hardware: you'd be amazed how many games you can run on an old computer just by dropping the resolution to 720p, and I don't think you'd need anything much higher for a screen that can fit between your hands. Also portable.

The Cairn demo is great and I'm looking forward to the full game, but I think there are still a few things that could be smoothed out. For example Aava has a habit of putting her hand against a flat wall instead of grabbing a nearby hold, and it can feel incredibly slow to execute simple moves.
