A little #BrachyrSystem loredump because I want to mention it; In universe, one of the kinds of magic causes widely held beliefs by a large number of people to be "true". This can also result in things that shouldn't exist, manifesting. Fae are of thoughts of nature, ghosts are of stories of horror.

Happy #selfpromosaturday! Current #BrachyrSystem project is the World Map and the Navigation skillbook; for characters wanting to find hidden points of interest in the wilderness. Might be the largest skillbook yet, with travel minigame, vehicle rules, random encounter bestiary and tons more!

In the #BrachyrSystem, each playable species has default capabilities to generate or spend 'momentum', an in-play resource. When designing these capabilities, some of them felt too niche or unlikely to me. What happens in the hands of the players? If in doubt; adjust the scene so it can be used!

Despite how much worldbuilding and lore there is for nasvene, I never know where to start when explaining it to people. I could fill entire books just with lore, but that's not the model I'm going for, so I need to dripfeed in my own way and it's so painful to me to take this approach xD
