By the facts alleged here, Ms. Srinivasan was not removable. She was lawfully present in F-1 status but her visa had been terminated. By contrast, Ms. Chung had been rendered removable, but she retained her lawful permanent resident status.
So the entire basis for the criminal warrant was wrong.
