Mushrooms!!! The season is coming back around in Tas 😊 I understand they are puffballs, but don't quote me on that because I'm not too across it with mushrooms.

What does it mean for a book to be fully Canadian-made? LPG publishers are committed to keeping Canadian stories, talent, and production close to home, checking all the boxes.

Loved Our Wives Under the Sea by Julia Armfield. Weird and wonderful and beautifully written ❤️

ONE parent. And in Florida, ONE man is responsible for 40% of all book challenges in the state. The book banners are a tiny minority. Make that clear by speaking up in favor of the freedom to read. (Email your school board!)

Wow. Finally, some sincerely uplifting news. Zooey Zephyr is incredible.

I loved The Many Half-Lived Lives of Sam Sylvester! Molli and Max in the Future was hysterical and out of control 🤩 highly recommend (if a quirky romantic science fiction comedy appeals to you)

Zelensky is my new hero.

Working by the ocean this morning 🤩 good day.

I was lucky enough to be able to visit see Yayoi Kusama's exhibit in Melbourne. Her colors, patterns and polka dots make me happy 😊 Also, the funky flower gave some world building inspiration for a future novel.

A flash fiction of mine was accepted by RANT Arts Typeface project to be displayed at their gallery! I am thrilled to be part of this community project and to fulfill a tiny bucket list dream of having my work displayed in a gallery 😊 And what a beautiful building!

Hello everyone! New to Bluesky and not used to text focused social media but here to resist the wealthy tech takeover of America. Looking forward to connecting with creatives, writers, readers and nature lovers :)
