Learning as much as we can about trauma & addiction will absolutely support us in our recovery-- but we do not need to perfectly or comprehensively understand what's happening to us in order to treat ourselves w/ compassion, patience, & consistency.

It would behoove Congress to make a rule that no sitting president can vacation on the people's dime at any property that they already own. Also if they own the property they cannot charge the government for a visit there or accommodations for any security or other Personnel required for that visit

An actual opposition party would be all over TV for the next 10 days reminding people of this tariff bullshit, letting people know that Congress has the power to end this, and getting to work on doing just that. Instead all that exists is the Democratic party so none of this will happen.
