A great way to overcome procrastination and train positive behaviors is “habit bundling”. You pair something you want with something you need to do. I hate going to the gym but I love milkshakes. So you’ll always find me slurping on a chocolate shake while on the treadmill.

Rollerskating for a school thing. Absolutely stacked it in front of all the Moms and babies while trying to do the foot-crossing thing on the corner like they do on the Olympics, arms flailing, sliding for 15 ft into the wall, but I think I managed to style it out. Might have internal bleeding.
