Hubby just reminded me that our dogs always had my last name because I almost always took them to the vet. He got called by my last name every time he went to the vet. He never corrected them. He laughs about it and loved being called by my last name.

Agree. I didn't change mine. I have used his surname socially and I answer to Mrs. Hubby in social situations. I only correct when it's important.

I kept my maiden name and we'll be married 31 years on the 16th. It sure makes it easier than the mess Tr*mp is planning by requiring a birth certificate or passport to register to vote.
