I use Prime Video so little these days because of the ads. A few years back I was using it more than Netflix but it sure as heck isn't worth the extra money to go and free. If it wasn't bundled in with my Prime subscription I wouldn't miss it at all.

I really enjoyed Dandadan but it felt like it dipped towards the end of the season. Also a very weird finale that doesn't feel like a finale, more a midseason break. Feel I've not watched an anime with a satisfying season 1 finale for a long time now 😅

I accidentally skipped a cutscene in FFXIV the other week and literally had the skip scene meme happen when all of a sudden the grandpa of 2 characters turned out to be a god I had to kill and I had no context to what was going on until I repeated it. 😅 Never skip a cutscene.

Picked up a Humble Bundle with Sony Vegas and a years license earlier in the year and there's now one on the store which has a newer version of Sony Vegas (with other stuff) and I don't have to pay annual fees. ...so I guess I'll just buy the new bundle as well right? 😅

My gym has been getting steadily worse recently. Loads of broken equipment (sometimes the only one of its type) or equipment that half works Couldn't justify spending £30 a month so cancelled. Going to start doing a home workout routine instead. Ring Fit about to become my best friend 😅

I think I'm finally going to cave and get a new phone. Can get a Pixel 9 Pro on contract for £30 month atm, which is cheaper than the contract I'm paying off for my standard Pixel 6. I doubt I'll find a deal much better even if I wait.

Boring wrestling ramble from me: I don't know what the answer is when it comes to contracts. If you sign a contract for a job you honour the contract or pay out the remainder. Having the freedom to work indie dates if you're unused seems a fair compromise to a degree but wrestling could go further.

Halfway through season 5 of my Grey's Anatomy rewatch and the dip in quality is quite clear. I remember it starts to get better again but there's so many odd choices in this season especially George awkwardly getting pushed to one side. Also the way everyone treats the interns is infuriating.

Discount shop near me had some Canadian imported snacks and I might have to go back and buy the whole stock if it's all still there next week. Had a Coffee Crisp and it's a delight. Kind of like Tunnock bar but with a coffee flavour. Delicious.

Realised Stranger of Paradise is leaving PS+ so thought I'd finally check it out after finding the demo a bit meh. Really impressed with it so far. A lot of fun and very cheesy. Might have to pick it up if I don't finish it in time.
