Not my experience—esp. when it comes to Democrat complicity in the Gaza genocide. Don't get me wrong; it's better than X, but it can get quite hostile here.

The one senior-looking DOJ agent's patch says "WO1" which I believe is a military rank for warrant officer. It's not a DOJ rank, so I don't know what to make of it. The ATF agent has a badge number—5946. I'll see what I can find out.

You're absolutely right. And only two of those countries rank among the 30 freest in the world, according to the US government-funded Freedom House. The US isn't one of them. It's ranked 56th. Also, Ukraine is ranked 112th. Russia = 175th. freedomhouse.org/country/scores

Wow, such a MAGA-like response, full of attacks and bereft of reason or facts.

Sorry, but then don't call Zelenskyy the "leader of the free world." Free societies don't ban *all* (let alone any) political opposition and criminalize dissent. Full stop.

How did he achieve this status? By banning opposition parties and criminalizing dissent? Asking as a supporter (including financial) of Ukraine's defense against Russian aggression. www.europarl.europa.eu/doceo/docume...

Yes, especially the part about banning opposition parties and criminalizing dissent! www.europarl.europa.eu/doceo/docume...

That was a great piece, esp. given the corporate media's reluctance to highlight Israel's nurturing of Hamas as a counterbalance to the PLO. Kinda like how the US backed some of those who would later carry out 9/11.

Is this how you reply when someone shows you you're 100% wrong about Biden and Israel's genocidal intent, which we've covered since day 1 at the news outlet where I work? Well, I guess it's better than how an utterly beaten MAGA would reply. Well, OK, then. Happy Pride!

Maybe. But there you are, on the wrong side of history and humanity.

Dozens of countries signed on to South Africa's ICJ genocide case against Israel, including "longstanding allies" of Israel, to use your language. The most powerful nation on Earth can choose whatever it wants and you know it. Don't be a genocide apologist.

As the author of 100+ article on Gaza, I can say that the comment Biden "didn't realize Netanyahu's end goal" is utterly false. Israeli leaders' statements of genocidal intent (22 minutes of which were played during the ICJ case) go back to day 1. Biden knowingly gave arms and UN cover for genocide.

Typical white settler-colonial/genocider mentality.

Perhaps because you know better than to defend the indefensible, regardless of the perpetrator? I like to think the folks in this echo chamber are significantly more humane than those in the MAGA one.

Trump killed more in his first term than Biden or even Obama for sure. But what’s that got to do with Biden-Harris complicity in genocide?

What kind of self-respecting Boricua (or any human, for that matter) shills for genocide?

Or a genocider—not that Trump is any different or better.
