Oh sweet, new Republican policy forcing all businesses to provide health insurance to their employees is about to drop!

100% endorsed as i have to deal with this on a daily basis. Execs are often like old people who get phone scammed...like "why would they lie to us about this functionality?"

Makes sense though, right? If they're going to cave to a bunch of incompetents like the Trump administration, then who else will they cave to in other business/legal dealings?
Better to dump them and find a firm willing to fight what they *all* know is wrong.

It does raise the question of whether these people all know what the word "mass" means.

Would you say Andruw Jones playing center field in his prime fit this description? The number of catches that he made look effortless because he was able to track fly balls so well (I bring this up since you mentioned Maddux, so maybe saw that too 🙂).

I wonder if any of them were the Venezuelans sent there by DeSantis from Texas. What a nightmare this would be, first enduring that meatball dipshit's shenanigans, finding your footing, but then getting rounded up by Trump’s goons to be sent God knows where...

Yes, they were both very much anti-establishment candidates then, so for many who may not have been policy-oriented (or even party-oriented), the leap made sense.
I didn't agree with anyone who went that way to be clear, just pointing out what I saw.

The Bernie to MAGA pipeline...I can somewhat understand that leap circa 2016 but definitely not now as there is waaay to much space between them.

Yeah, I came across this phenomenon a lot during Trump's first term. It's kind of like blaming the liquor store salesman for you being an alcoholic.
Like you said, just looking to place blame anywhere except on the actual perpetrators.
