I question the use of the word casrole for many of these dishes. In fact, I am pretty sure the delicious looking one in the feature image is actually an aspic. Which, in their own right, are a culinary journey worth exploring.

Yes. Did you? I don’t know that it was what I was expecting. And it was very long, but it didn’t feel long. I thought the graphics at the open and close were brilliant and the cinematography was beautiful. It was filmed beautifully. I gasped when the library was completed.

It was really healing in many ways. ‘Triggering’ in some. A real emotional rollercoaster for me. I saw so much of myself in Nate. And so many of the boys’ feelings and emotions of heartbreak and rejection have recently been my own. Thank you for helping me heal. 💜
