I just recently finished a Cheers rewatch (well, at least of the Sam & Diane seasons) and it was a reminder that I'm not sure there's ever been a TV character with a higher value-per-screentime ratio than Norm. So many eps where he'd have three lines, but it'd be the most memorable joke.
