The problem with the meat agribusiness is they inject chemicals into the meat.
To plump it up.
IOW sell you water.
This can also inject all sorts of nasties.
Which can grow deep inside of the meat is not solidly frozen.

Don't get me wrong.
I had bad food poisoning.
Never found out what it was!
So automatically it's "nil by mouth" for 3 days.
But keep hydrated!
This should result in diarrhea.
Another day of nil...
Then dry toast to test.
Only problem: acidosis.
So I ended up on a proton inhibitor for two weeks.
