The most frustrating thing I find on social media is trying to get people to move from complaining and commenting, to actually using social media to make something happen. I advocate using social media to boost the anti-Farage vote in the local elections. The response is generally bugger all.

This article is incredible in its insight. For all of those who see the current welfare reforms as cruel, this may go some way to explaining that the welfare system cannot be allowed to simply bob along as it is; there's a huge issue that needs addressing needing multiple agencies to get involved.
