This is just from my observations: Often ADHD executive disfunction comes down to effort vs reward. If you don't think the amount of work is going to be worth the amount of dopamine, it's not worth it. That's why aiming for just parts of the chore *can* work. #adhd

4 days ago, while in the hospital after surgery, I had a massive bleed out. I lost a liter of blood in a few minutes. To give you a better idea how much this is, the average adult human has only 5 liters of blood in them. So... how did 2025 start for you?😁😬
