I've already resigned myself to not flying until the government is run by grownups again. Which sucks, because I really want to take a trip out west for my 40th birthday this year. Driving takes so much longer. Friends I'd backpack with live in UT, but I'd need to drive there from OH solo. Ugh.

I'm conflicted because my Kindle isn't that old (2020), and I absolutely hate buying things I don't need, but I also don't want to keep giving Amazon $ when I buy e-books. I'm considering a Kobo, and I guess the Kindle will still be kind of useful for re-reading what's already on it. #booksky

I just started watching #KimsConvenience on Netflix. It's funny, it has the guy who plays Carson Teva in Star Wars, and it's a welcome distraction from everything going on in the world. It's also a Canadian show about an immigrant family, so watching it feels like a small act of resistance.
