This is terrible news. Having been on family history and then transferred to the national screening at 50, my consultant is concerned that my breast cancer developed after discharge from and before national screening started. Pleased that I had the courage to check it out and catch it when I did.

No, I’m in Leicester we always finish earlier in July and go back before the August bank holiday. I can’t complain but this year it would help to be around.
