It's not that qualification is the solution, I was showing extent of the issue: In-house legal advice is not supervised (with some exceptions), regulators only regulate those who choose to be regulated (by maintaining their professional qualification). The issue is wider than that as RM highlighted

What GC procedures do you have in mind? Part of the problem is that the role of GC has no status in law or regulation in the UK (unlike, for example, the USA). You do not have to have ever studied law to hold the position of General Counsel.....

She is a “double dapple”. I am told (by breeder) that dapple is a recessive gene, so breeders try to avoid breeding with dapple genes on both sides. Often, they are not viable as puppies. She survived and is deaf and has tunnel vision/ poor eyesight. Doesn’t stop her though! This is her other side!!
