I actually didn't mind Anaheim, despite my team blowing a 6 run lead in the 9th the one time I've been there. And would have it above Toronto.
Toronto also used to be dead last in my rankings til they improved some things 2 years ago.

Somebody on Mariners did this recently and announcers talked about how they had asked player about precisely this.
Player said something to the effect of "pitcher needs a strike badly and stats show they groove them in this situation so it's probably the best pitch you're going to get to hit"
