Saying “I promise not to drink on the job” because you have a record of drinking on the job, should be disqualifying as fuck for ANY job, let alone the Secretary of Defense. Why didn’t he also say, “I promise not to sexually assault any women on the job.” Is sexual assault not as disqualifying?
