Rescue is the way! All 3 of mine have been rescues, whether through a purebred rescue (Hildy) or normal rescue organization (Murphy & Gus).

This is why I didn’t really have jobs outside of the house until the boys were in school full time. Even then, it was only part time until I got a full time position. The impact on my job history, my mental health, took a massive toll as a result.
