Seems like the judge asked if their were ways to anonymize or something and OpenAI didn't do any arguing that it couldn't just that it wouldn't which seems like a good way to piss off a judge, now I'm not a lawyer but I hear that's bad.

Ironically if it were to happen it would probably probate courts and estate lawyers that end up solving it

Now since the tours make money an old album that people know and an implicit guarantee that they'll be playing those songs and not some shitty new stuff gets older people with disposable income to come out

I think it's a symptom of the economics of album vs tours. Until streaming destroyed album sales you did the tour to get people to buy the album, that's why the stones are touring in the 90s doe their new album not to celebrate their old album.

Yeah so like when he went off on his own against early, that was not when he did his atrocities, those were when he was firmly emeshed within the system later (this is me arguing that maybe dark triad doesn't apply)

You mean a third guy with still-unsolved idiopathic hyperphagia in the French revolutionary army because Charles Domery was out here having severed legs wrestled away from him before he could eat them.

I was thinking that too, but he's also a messy bitch that loves drama (see five forks) who's best skill seemed to be getting himself promoted.
One count against dark triad is he tended to be off on his own instead of within the institution (where his cavelry might have actually been useful)

Yeah in empire strikes back he's most clearly in a commander in chief role where the emperor has clearly delegated some sort of executive authority/imperium to him. You just know they need some sort of paperwork or legal theory to command a star destroyer

He seems like a viceroy, having full imperial authority in the absence of the emperor.
The exception is in new hope where Tarkin seems to be in charge, at least on the death star. I'm not sure if that's explicit authority or informal authority though.

He's doing this recived pronunciation very similar to his Reginald Hargrave, with just a hint of German accent, which would probably have been fine if the show didn't include a real clip of von Braun showing his thick German accent.

Isn't there like a federal agency that's supposed to prevent this sort of thing?

I think it's the other way around, the html5 spec which finally standardized parsing invalid pages was so complex that there havn't been any more engines and the current ones started dropping and with less browser makers less barriers to adding complex dtidd

you got that backwards, it's because we have so many tech companies that it's impossible to standardize on anything, meanwhile we're such a large country we've gotten really really good and sending around pieces of paper that say trust me bro I'm good for it.
