AZ AG Kris Mayes: This is a coup by Trump against our Constitution, because they are violating not only the separation of powers but also the court orders We have federal judges saying to Donald Trump and Elon Musk, “Stop this now,” and yet we believe they are violating those orders.

Not content with purchasing the presidency, Elon Musk now wants to buy the Wisconsin Supreme Court as well. His PAC just pumped $1M into supporting anti-choice right-wing extremist Brad Schimel. Wisconsin — don't become Musk's latest acquisition! Vote @crawfordforwi.bsky.social.

Democrats should be all over Republicans for what Donald Trump and Elon Musk is doing. Imagine if the shoe was on the other foot Republicans would be destroying Democrats causing chaos. It’s infuriating how ineffective they have been

If someone wanted to destroy the United States from within, would they do anything differently than what Trump is doing right now?

Listen to @radiofreetom.bsky.social! "Now that Trump has captured the intelligence services, the Justice Department, and the FBI, the military is the last piece he needs to establish the foundations for authoritarian control of the U.S. government."

Also if you feel strongly about Eric Adams, you should call your city councilmember to express that and ask for their position. You’d be surprised. Hochul’s stance is highly disappointing but it doesn’t come from nowhere. Press all your electeds. City elections are in 5 months. Ask candidates too.

So let's get this straight: The U.S. and Elon are now extorting Ukraine and threatening to turn off their Starlink Internet access unless they give their critical rare earth minerals to the United States? Staggering levels of corruption.

How much more does Trump needs to destroy before Republicans take a stand?

Ngl i’m more intrigued by UConn versus St. John’s then the Knicks versus the Celtics tomorrow

The United States of America has been showing its true colors lately.

Trickle up economics.

Call me crazy but I don’t think we should allow Russia and China to expand their power!

🚨BREAKING: Federal Court GRANTS @democracyforward.org request to allow expedited discovery in lawsuit challenging DOGE access to Department of Labor data. First instance of discovery being permitted in the Trump accountability cases. Visit Democracy Docket for more info. www.democracydocket.com

Donald Trump belongs in prison!

How the fuck do we get rid of Elon Musk?

Trump wants Congress to pass the House GOP's version of a budget reconciliation bill that includes massive cuts to Medicaid and SNAP to pay for tax cuts for the rich. The House is on recess, so now would be a great time to call your rep and share your thoughts. (202) 224-3121

DOGE recommended firing workers at: -FDA, which oversees Neuralink -FAA, which oversees SpaceX -USAID, which probed Starlink -CFPB, which oversees Tesla's financing arm and a potential payment platform on X. "Conflict of interest" is a severe understatement.

Get on TV and put pressure on Republicans by calling out Donald Trump for siding with Putin and turning his back on our allies. Explain why is isolating the United States is dangerous! Do your job! @hakeemjefferson.bsky.social

People are desperate right now and won't even realize that they are being brought

I automatically got suspended from Elon's app because I told him to drive off Cliff if he thinks that his Tesla trucks are truly indestructible

Trump and Musk are coming for your health care now, too. They’re recklessly cutting staff at Medicare and Medicaid. They even laid off workers responsible for ensuring the safety of medical devices for seniors—all so they can fund tax cuts for the ultra-wealthy.

A good moment to remember the Russia thing was always real. Trump's goal is to help Russia and Putin, always has been. He's trying to throw our democratic allies under the bus and America as well. Again, the Russia thing was always real.

Elon Musk's DOGE team of misfits have fired everybody at the Federal Aviation Administration ✈️ who is a probationary employee Thinking they have got rid of all the new hires It turns out many of these were experienced technicians, recently promoted and were on probation for their new senior role

Not replacing. Just cutting. If Trump and Musk are so willing to gut air safety, what do you think they’re going to do to our hospitals? Our trains and buses? They’ve shown they’ll sacrifice our safety if it means lower taxes for them.

Someone create a new party because it is clear that the Democrats don't have the spine that is required for this fight!

Every single Democrat should be on TV talking about these plane crashes and Elon getting rid of FAA employees

So you're telling me you can't find 3 Republicans to cross party lines and help fight back against Trump and Elon? @hakeemjefferson.bsky.social

It’s quite clear by now that the answer to “why is the Trump administration doing x terrible thing?” is that they are *trying* to dismantle America and destabilize the entire world.

Remember: The oligarchs who control our economy and democracy seek to divide us so they can become more powerful. They want us to turn on each other so we don't look up and see where all the wealth and power have gone. Don't fall for it.

The greatest political scandal today is not what Trump is doing. It is the fact that congressional Republicans have given up their role in the constitutional system as a check on the executive branch. If we are in a constitutional crisis, it is as much on Mike Johnson and John Thune as anyone else.

The worst part about 2025: The Find Out is that it is very likely to affect people who voted and fought tooth and nail against this administration taking power

It is perfectly legal to know your rights and to educate others about them, too. EVERYONE in the United States, citizen or not, has rights. I will not allow this administration to intimidate us from helping you know about them. Here’s our shareable guide ⬇️: (pt. 1/2)

the single most un-american and anti-constitutional statement ever uttered by an american president

Eric Adams's freedom is in Donald Trump's hands so he is going to comply with whatever Tom Holman wants

"coffee is only good when it is served in jim crow conditions"

When Trump was sworn in, Elon Musk's corporations were under more than 32 investigations conducted by at least 11 federal agencies. Most of the cases are now closed or likely to be closed soon, and the federal agencies are being defanged by DOGE. Funny how that works, huh?

Looking back, it all makes sense. First, he fired the internal watchdogs. Only four days after taking office, Donald Trump fired at least 17 inspectors general in a way that defied the law and commonsense. At the time people asked: Why start with them? Why not give Congress 30 days notice?

Trump just directed the DOJ to stop enforcing an anti-corruption law prohibiting corporations from bribing foreign governments. Tasked with implementing this order is none other than former corporate lobbyist, and current AG, Pam Bondi. It's open season for corruption.

AOC: The House is governed by a Republican majority. The Senate is governed by a Republican majority, and The White House has a Republican president. And if they want to pass their agenda, Republicans need to conjure up the votes to pass their own bills.

DOGE came for the research and statistics arm of the U.S. Department of Education today, declared "fraud" and "waste" and abruptly terminated about $900M in contracts. A lot of what we know about America's schools comes from the data this agency collects. New reporting with @jodiscohen.bsky.social

How does this improve your life?

Imagine for a moment this was Bill Gates. Or George Soros. Then imagine what the (actually justified) right wing outrage would look like as opposed to this pathetic bootlicking.

A new statement from the White House makes it clear they’re going to reverse the Biden administration’s reforms on overdraft fees and blocking medical debt from being listed on credit reports.

Why does the world's richest man want to gut the CFPB? Because it would shield him from having to follow financial laws to keep customers' money safe — and give him access to confidential records about his competitors. Follow the money.
