Here’s a thing that’s troubling me: some of the agencies that engaged in a RIF, are also now hiring new people. To me, that looks like changing out minorities and non-Trumpers for white Trumpers. And if I get concrete proof of this, I will be taking it to court. A fraudulent RIF is illegal AF!

Not sure who needs to hear this, but any govt official who violates someone's constitutional rights -- and is acting outside the scope of their lawful authority -- can be PERSONALLY liable in a civil suit. ICE officers. Cabinet members. White House staffers. Even the president.
