I forgot to take my meds during all of this mess and I think something about being unmedicated was keeping me from grieving because while I feel more stable, I am infinitely more distraught. Luckily I'm in a state that doesn't make me pay for therapy, or all these donations would go to that lmao.

I think I just had a moment of understanding why I get misunderstood when I express my emotions sometimes? The analogy I thought of is, like, if I say, "I'm bleeding" people assume that also means "I am in pain". But to me those are two entirely separate and distinct statements.
