Yes!! Or that I am choosing to act the way I'm acting and do the things I'm doing - instead of them happening out of absolute desperation.
I did realize I had people I could reach out to, but I was scared because of how some others had treated me.

I'm in a good spot now - but 10 years ago I was very very sick and I basically had no one (I loved my family too much to ask for help in case it hurt them).
And my relationship at the time was causing the majority of the problems through pretty bad abuse.
Thank God we're past that.

As much as I love tattoos they're always sorta a trigger for me in this sense? I doubt I'll ever get over it but glad to know I'm not alone. ♥️
