Yes, I found Flashes. The portfolio option is an interesting idea. Maybe I’m using it wrong, but I would like Flashes and Bluesky to be integrated so I don’t have to change between apps.

Yes, because how long before lurking becomes liking becomes posting again? I’m not on X anymore but Instagram has been hard to delete. I’m holding out for the hope it gets sold and bought by the likes of Bluesky.

I was told to ice my shoulder after activity and heat to increase blood flow to the area to help heal. Hope you find some relief!
