We also have a strong commitment to promote new scholarship from the Global South and thus we run a “Young Voices” mentoring program to get articles up to speed in terms of format and structure, before sending them to peer review.

It is ‘self-owned’ by APTA (Association for Political Thought in Africa), a non profit association. Berghahn is just the publisher. We are Open Source and currently looking for ways to keep financing it.

You are the one commenting on my post… if you don’t want to be lectured and remain ignorant, don’t follow me, don’t read.

If you actually had read the report you would learn that it clearly states that no evidence was found to corroborate these allegations.

ZAKA is not a reliable source. The UN did its own report and found no evidence of any of ZAKA’s allegations.

Please read the Geneva Convention and have more respect for lawyers and their work in international law.

You are clearly not a lawyer and have not read the law. It absolutely is a war crime to bomb civilian infrastructure and kill civilians… and to starve them, cut access to clean water, prevent them from getting prompt medical attention, etc.

Please share a credible report with evidence of rapes and killing of babies on that day. The UN didn’t find evidence of these in its investigation.
I am not denying that sexual violence occur, but that there is no evidence of the stories that were spread by ZAKA.

Even if you believe Hamas fighters are hiding among civilians, it is still a war crime to kill civilians & destroy homes, hospitals, schools, churches & universities.
The Israeli military has destroyed 70% of Gaza’s civilian infrastructure & killed at least 3% of the Palestinian population.

There are several reports that have debunked the stories of mass rape & killing of infants on Oct 7, spread by ZAKA, & have extensively documented war crimes by Israeli soldiers. Killing of civilians (17,000 children) & destroying residential buildings are prohibited under international law.

This is the annual Kogon Lecture that was cancelled by TU Darmstadt last November due to my criticism of Israel and the genocide against the Palestinian people. I thank Robin for his unwavering support.

The only time Jesus used violence was against the merchants, & his rhetoric was unmistakably ‘from below’ & criticized the rich and powerful. He was a religious figure akin to the “worker priests” in Latin America who lived in community & shared their life with the poor, resisting oppression.

I agree that there is no absolute certainty of any historical fact from that time… but there is no doubt that he was working class, son of a carpenter or similar trade. Merry Christmas to you too!

Yeah, that’s why he peacefully expelled the merchants from the temple with a whip, and the ruling power ruthlessly persecuted him, making a spectacle of his execution.

Cancelation of the Kogon Lecture and its defamatory statement with the social media posts the Institute of Political Science considers to be antisemitic.

New antisemitism resolution passed by the German Bundestag seeks to prevent "hostility towards Israel" by turning universities into surveillance apparatuses, institutionalizing antisemitism research & teaching, and by defunding universities & scholars who criticize israel.

The IHRA definition is ambiguous, based on perception & can be weaponized to suppress criticism of Israel & the denunciation of apartheid & genocide.
The German Bundestag has adopted this definition & made it policy (not law, since such a legal definition is unconstitutional)
