Yogurt update: homemade greek is legitimately worth the effort (90% of said effort is time and space in fridge). Both 2% and 0% fat had a creamier texture, almost like it was whipped.

Invisalign is so much easier than they say. "You have to wear it for 22 hours a day!" I'm lucky if I hit 18 and my teeth haven't had an issue yet. Not even any soreness when I move to the next set.
