My biggest beef with the universe is that there's no way to ban tactical voting. I'll settle for banning advocating it and public depantsing of anyone who does.

Hard agree. I've said this before; the stuff from both that hasn't dated is the absurd and the wordplay. People deride wordplay as unsophisticated, but it doesn't date and it's harmless, while the 'edgy' stuff just ends up dated and unfunny.

For the love of God can we please get over this idea that people vote conservative because they're 'left behind'? They do it because they want to make sure people who aren't like them suffer, we know this, it's not particularly complicated. We cannot win them, we do not need them.

These guys are so irredeemably fragile that their entire self worth rests on being considered better than other people. Vance could make a joke out of this and do the WHCD, but he won't, he'll accuse comedians of bullying him about it. They can't be relatable, they have to be superior.
