To be fair at least there *is* a data export option.

Also, you can't re-download the files if they error out. And they don't have any sequence number in the filename so if you, like me, clicked on all 18 at once and 3/4 of them fail, you have no idea which ones you did successfully download, so you just have to start over. Sigh.

I didn't even jump any bottomless pits or climb any ladders or vine-covered walls.
I think I'm destined to be an NPC who has an anticlimactic death scene and only serves to upgrade the hero to the next tier of weaponry.

Look at the packet: "Continuous current draw: 10mA. We recommend connecting this to an ignition switched relay."
🤦
I've disconnected it for now and will reconnect before the trip - that current draw shouldn't kill the battery overnight. I'll fit a relay afterwards.

my heated handlebar grips anyway. So I carefully expose some of the bare wire from the grips lead and splice this one in.
Reconnect the battery. Test the grips - still good, thank goodness. Can't live without those - my hands freeze up. Go to test the usb socket ... hey why is it glowing blue?

Mine get a little gross but not that gross? But then I do have the bad habit of cleaning my ears, even though you're not supposed to.
