Mistakes are what makes it human! I love animation errors

I didn’t take it that way don’t worry! it just made me more aware of how others may be feeling around me. I hadn’t thought about how others might be feeling and am making a mental note to be more mindful and respectful of others. Like you said, how would I feel in the situation, y’know?

Oh absolutely, I’ve been blessed with wonderful friends who are all on the spectrum and are extremely supportive and open with one another (I swear we are drawn to each other like moths to light lmao) so I can happily stim. Still working on not masking around my Family though, haha

This convo literally opened my eyes to be more aware of how I could potentially frustrate others by stimming. As someone who gets overwhelmed by loud sounds and repetitive noises I’ll be more mindful how others may be feeling! Thank you!

That makes sense! Thanks for sharing your side to it. I understand how certain ways of stimming could be frustrating for others if it’s a tad disruptive and appreciate you tolerating it. Apologies again if I seemed gate-keepy, I couldn’t wrap my head around the hatred of other autistics <3
comment in response to post
Maybe I’m being narrow minded but if the people hating on stimming are claiming to be autistic really on the spectrum? Literally all of my friends who are on varying levels of the spectrum stim to some degree, I don’t know any autistic person who doesn’t. Correct me if I’m wrong but something’s off

I used to teach when Flash was still being utilized by studios and there was a demand. Seems silly to teach now with Harmony taking over the planned-animation pipeline and since the industry is on life support. Here's my outdated beginner's course, maybe it can be useful senorchips.com/flashbook.pdf

This is perfect, thank you!

Have you ever thought of doing paid courses? I’d be interested if you ever plan on it, Animating in Adobe is so confusing I have no idea where to begin.

But you’ve literally done that gag before? With Pocket Robin? That episode seemed so goofy I was looking forward to it. People ruin everything…

The Robin is a good example, ignore my profile pic LOL

You’re a huge inspiration for me as a beginner animator, I love seeing the people behind the scenes get the recognition they deserve <3

Some countries also darken or make some shows less contrasted for safety reasons too! Mlpfim in Canada was more grayscale!
