I also glare at people who reenact allied units that committed war crimes, too.

we had cribs that converted into toddler beds. WE did it for Duncan when Lennox was born, and we did it for Lennox when we converted Duncan's into a proper bed (the sides become the ends).
We're lucky that our boys are good sleepers.

No point in having a cannon if it's not accurate.

A great book title for this Q *and* a nominee as a great env hist of a city is @mcookhistory.bsky.social's A River With a City Problem about the river thro' Qld's capital. Concise, evocative, and well written. Also, don't look past Grace Karskens, People of the River, for an earlier env hist of Aus

Your legs look fantastic. It's clear how much power you get from them

I wish my friend Anna could see this. She'd devise a whole hi vis burlesque setup for the coveralls for me. And you know it would be good

I'm thinking a ring around the cuffs, like at the ankles. I want an x on the back, if I can salvage one from somewhere. I would love to do hi-vis piping on the front but that's above my skill level

belt's a good idea though, if I can find enough to do it.

standard practice for the city is at the bottom of the legs, so I'm going to do that. Torso needs more though I think.

Sorry, I should have been more clear. I meant any suggestions for the *placement* of hi vis stripes. I'm hoping I can salvage an X shape to put onto the back from another garment but I'm not sure about the front.
