I can do that. It's just about my bedtime but I will ping you tomorrow and walk you through things to check. I'll send a friend request from candicemakes7475 .

Would you like any help troubleshooting it? I'm pretty handy with electronics repair.

Do you have a pinout map for the connector? Might be worth making sure the V+ and ground pins aren't dirty.

Wow! The estrogen is treating you well. The first year is definitely the hardest but you're doing great from what I can see, keep on with the incremental approach. I'm rooting for you. :-)

Every time I'm in the city I grew up in I drive past the first house I lived in and wonder what it's like inside now.

Oh yeah! Being able to access the Internet on a tiny device like that (albeit strapped to an external modem) felt like downright magic back in the day.

I wish I could show this picture to 12 year old me, let me know that there was a light at the end of the tunnel, even if it was a long way off.

That sort of thing gets easier the more you do it. Kudos and good job, I know it's scary to do.

Aaand to close out the saga, I was so sore today that I had to take it off to recuperate. Arm flailing bad for panda.

Guh, as someone who was a tiger in the 90s and in the late 2010s switched to splitting time between being a red panda and raccoon I find no flaws with this assessment.

Mostly hoping to listen in on air traffic from the nearby airports and in general see what all I can pick up locally. I've never been happy with the small antennas I had for my SDR so I decided to step up to something a little more sensitive.

They look to me like cheap screw anchors, guessing for masonry since they aren't the split type.

I'm a big fan of Elote Seasoning on popcorn. This is my current favorite brand, but there are several good options out there.

That is a spectacular outfit! Really love the pop of purple against the monochrome stripes.

Ahh, thats a smidge beefier, might just be a little power hungry by comparison.

Which processor do you have? Mine is the Ryzen 7 7840u. Wonder if its a silicon difference?

Fusion 360, Brotato, Halo Masterchief collection, Forza Horizon 4, and Dungeon Clawler mostly. If I just play Brotato and Dungeon Clawler I get closer to 6, Fusion 360 just under 4.

Huh! Sorry to hear. Not sure what you judge as terrible, I usually get 4-6 hours on a charge out of mine for reference.

This reminds me that I really need to make a plan for my maker space in case I unexpectedly pass. I'm sure a school could use all the tooling.
