I went through a phase as a child where I got frequent ear infections, as did a friend of mine. She had to get tubes in her ears at age 5 and I was SO ENVIOUS because I loved medical stuff. Anyway, I'm glad everything is so normal and fine and the people in charge are smart.

I’m sure car manufacturing is going to come back to the US, it’ll be just like the heyday in ‘60’s Detroit. Now a key factor there was a strong union. Surely the party that works to brutally suppress union/workers rights will be on board! Probably take 2 weeks to bring manufacturing back.

Downtown Eastside is well know locally as extremely poor, people have severe substance abuse and mental health struggles. Precariously housed and survival sex work. I don’t there is much heroin left in DTES actually.
