Being a retired chef is wild. To me, I had a bacon sandwich with Cesar dressing, and some pears in chocolate for dessert. On menu, they called it "a crisp pork belly sandwiche, in a light bed of garlic aioli, anchovy, and Parmesan, topped with lightly toasted French bread." Food is perception.
