My guess is that someone brought it with them or someone had had a history with the town... in SH4 it inhabited a whole apartment area, but only that area... you can see sh as an isolated incident so it can happen anywhere to anyone if connected

Maybe when most of their launch games have a discount somewhere... or when an exclusive I really wanna play comes in (like Duskbloods)

Bought mgs1 of the collection on steam... decent port, not great, they didn't really change much which is good, but a few updates/upgrades would've been nice but the game still good enough to play...
