Deleted a quotepost because I mistook something official for a review - but I did make a pretty good point, which is that when I do my "silver age" voice it's not a goof or bit, I actually really enjoy it. "Irony is poison and sincerity is the most fabulous groove of all", I said, and I stand by it.

When Musk effectively trashed Twitter, other services came out as possible alternatives. It took a while for BlueSky to get to something viable. But Twitter still (sort of) existed. TikTok just stopped working. People who are looking for a new platform lost it all immediately. 1/2
