Really not sure that's an incorrect statement! All seriousness though, we lost something with the internet. There was not a kid in this country who couldn't learn a crap time just from PBS! And now it's being gutted and possibly worse with the current administration has their say. 😢

This isn't going to be popular with my friends on the left, but I appreciate this. Not saying he shouldn't have done it sooner because he absolutely should have, but my hope is he has looked at his health & ability to do his job, & made the honorable decision. I genuinely would like to think 1/3

Damn scorcher today in mid-Missouri! We actually got out of single or negative digits! We're actually going to be up into the 30s I think by the weekend. Then it dips down again. Be safe out there... may not be treacherous driving but the cold is cutting right through you!

So, I don't know the rules of law or how positions are replaced upon resignation etc. especially since we're talking about New York and that is not my state, my fear is with these mass resignations, somehow Trump or other GOP folks will have a hand in their replacements. 1/2

Put by all means.. let's do away with vaccines and Public Health mandates! I have always believed in a right to refuse vaccines and similar. And that hasn't changed. However, your refusal to keep the virus or other ailment away from the masses does not supersede my right to be safer! 1/2
