Dame Christine said it must ensure that school evaluation is a “dynamic and inclusive process”, with a focus on “building professionalism and better practice”. This is exactly what developing effective peer to peer review could achieve.

So positive- it’s a move,they need to sort comms out though we can’t hear at the same time as everyone else!We need to prepare to answer questions of staff! It will impact on retention BUT… I also think sch/trust mindset in ofsted is the big part of this… don’t revolve around them. Do your thing!

Well if opening up to roadshows etc, I think that will go along way in education. Especially for hardworking but not ‘well known’ but experienced education people… who want to be a part of change 🤙🏽

Hopefully- people being asked to give views etc, be consulted, included … that will add to its value. I hope so - definitely will achieve more ‘buy in’ if so.

I think it’s a great start, yet personally do feel disappointed there is not more breadth. With online now there could be much more input from others. tobymarshall.substack.com/p/7-what-fut... just read this and there are so many of us out there that could contribute.
